58th Digital Healthcare Forum

58th Digital Healthcare Forum took place on Tuesday, November 26.
Prof. Woo Hyun Shim, director of Big data Center (Computing core lab) at Asan Medical Center, gave a lecture at the forum.
The lecture introduced a case regarding building a platform for digital time-series data and the current projects of the Health Innovation Big Data Center

at Asan Medical Center.

Prof. Shim addressed that the cloud platform was built to enhance the cooperation between hospitals and companies. He also shared a case on developing

 a measurement and analysis of a biomedical signal.
To measure a biomedical signal, medical devices and tablet PCs are connected to a server which can save the data. Users can also see the data

on the webpage of the platform.

During the lecture, Prof. Shim gave a demonstration of how to search and use the data.
