The 43th Digital Healthcare Forum

The 43th Digital Healthcare Forum was held on August 21 Tuesday.

On this day, Mr. Eun-sol Lee, CEO of Mediblock Ltd. talked about "Block Chain and the future of Healthcare".

Last year, "Bit coin" was the hot issue. The technology that made this bit coin possible is the "block chain".

By using this block chain technology, the Mediblock aims to build up medical platform with appropriately protected personal health information

for individuals, medical suppliers and all related personnel could use.

CEO Mr. Lee addressed that the individuals are becoming the controller of "business on medical data".

He also shared his current research experience with hospital. He conducted the joint research with Seoul National University Bundang Hospital on medical information system using block chain.
