The 49th Digital Healthcare Forum

The 49th Digital Healthcare Forum was held on Feb 19, 2019.

On this day, Professor Sewon Choi, Information Technology Center of Seoul National University Hospital spoked about ‘Implementation of a Precision Medicine Platform (Syapse) in SNUH’.

Seoul National University Hospital applied integrated management platform “Syapse” which is the US cancer precision medicine platform for cancer patients’ data in clinical practice as well as genomic data.

Whereas previous medical information system provides partial interpretation of separated clinical data and genomic data, this “Syapes” provides evidence for diagnostic decision in treating patients based on combined clinical and genomic data analysis in one screen.

On this day, he shared his hospital’s experience with the application of this platform.
