■ Research Interests

In our laboratory, we have been conducting various projects of translational cancer research, particularly in kidney cancer and prostate cancer. Cancer genomics, cancer organoid, and tumor infiltrating T cells are the main topics of our lab by using patient-derived cancer tissues and blood. We are performing several collaborating studies, such as circulating tumor DNA as a liquid biopsy, and single molecule protein-protein interaction for discovering a novel biomarker to predict drug responsiveness in patients with metastatic kidney and prostate cancer.
