Division of Hematology-Oncology, Dept.of Medicine, Samsung Medical Center, Sungkyunkwan University , School of Medicine Seoul, Korea ■ 연구실 소개 본 실험실에서는 악성 림프종 (B cell lymphoma, T cell lymphoma, NK/T cell lymphoma) 세포주에서 Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) 감염에 따른 약제 내성 유도 및 후성적 변이를 관찰하고, 내성 기전 확립과 후성적 변이 분석을 통해 표적 유전자 확인 및 효과적으로 작용하는 약제를 선별하는 연구를 진행해 왔습니다. 또한 약제에 따른 EBV 재 활성 또는 내성 획득 기전이 림프종 세포주에 따라 특이적으로 나타나는 것을 관찰하고, drug screening을 통해서 상승효과를 보이는 약제를 선별하여 신호 전달 기전 탐색 및 상승 약제 조건을 확립하는 연구도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. ■ 대표 업적 1.
